About the Kuwait National Robotics Competition

The Kuwait National Robotics Competition (KNRC) is an annual event that brings together students from across the country to compete in innovative robotics challenges. Established to inspire the next generation of technology leaders, KNRC encourages participants to design, build, and program robots to solve real-world problems.

VEX Robotics

VEX Robotics challenges students to design, build, and program robots to compete against others in a game-based engineering challenge.

SeaPerch

SeaPerch is an underwater robotics program where students build remotely operated vehicles to navigate through underwater challenges.

Aerial Drones

The drone competition tests students' abilities to pilot drones through various obstacle courses while completing technical challenges.

Open Innovation Challenge

Encourages participants to develop solutions to real-world problems by leveraging creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology, fostering innovation across diverse fields.

    The registration for schools and outreach officially starts.

  • 18 OctoberOrientation

    online orientation session for all registered coaches/teachers (10:00am)

  • 22-23 OctoberTeachers training

    Training sessions for teachers/coaches (target new teachers) on campus afternoon sessions 5-8pm

  • 25 OctoberStudents orientation

    A special day for all teams ask any questions that they have and get to know the rules and game elements.

  • November 28th & 29thPreliminary Competition

    A 2-day competition for Elementary, Middle School, High School, and University teams.

  • Dec/JanCompetitions Rings Training

    Allocating open days for all team to experience and practice on competition rings.

  • FebruaryNational Robotics Competition

    The National Robotics Competition takes place for all divisions.
